A degree program in nursing and midwifery will be available from the Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Skills.

Next Academic Year’s Nursing and Midwifery Courses: The university is establishing offices for the Skills Laboratory and other infrastructure as part of its planning for the new curriculum to ensure that the program is top-notch.

At the university’s matriculation, Prof. Kwaku Sarfo, the vice chancellor, made this statement.

This occasion marked the third matriculation at the college since it became a full-fledged public tertiary institution. It is the only organization whose goal is to produce graduates with employable skills.

Additionally, it is the only university that trains certified graduates to teach at technical and vocational training centers around the country, helping the government achieve its objective of creating a skilled labor force for rapid growth.

According to Vice Chancellor Professor Kwaku Sarfo, the Public Procurement Authority has approved management’s request to outfit its 1500-seat lecture halls.

Another lecture block for the Executive Students Association, with a 3,500 capacity, has also been completed and turned over.

Also, approval has been gained for the resumption of building on the multifunctional auditorium with a 3,500 capacity and a cutting-edge Entrepreneurship and Business Incubator Center.

The vice chancellor advised the students to take advantage of all the university has to offer, put in a lot of effort in their studies, and graduate with the qualifications needed to be responsible future leaders.
